This is the phase in which groundwater is collected and that may take place through wells, springs or from surface waters (lakes and/or rivers).
This is the phase in which the water is processed to make it drinkable, thanks to various methods of treatment such as active carbon, or through the addition of substances that are harmless to humans but have disinfectant properties (chlorine derivatives) or even through an exposure to UV rays, etc.
The now potable water is sent to tanks that collect the water and distribute it to users without need for the pumps to be constantly running, to generate the pressure needed to send the water to the highest floors of the houses and to prevent water shortages in the event of maintenance operations to the collection and purification systems.

After use, the water is collected through sewage systems that direct it to the final processing stage, purification.
The water collected in the sewage system reaches the purification plants. Here, by means of mechanical, chemical, and biological processes, it is cleaned of pollutants and, after careful controls, returned to nature.
