BrianzAcque deals with a precious resource, a common and universal good, 365 days a year, managing the services of the entire water chain - aqueduct, sewerage, and purification - with attention to quality and a respect for the environment. For this reason, it also designs, plans, and carries out interventions aimed at improving, innovating, and efficiently managing networks and plants.

Among the values guiding the actions of the company and the daily activities of the workers are:

  • The guarantee of water of an adequate quality and quantity: we strive to ensure that the drinking water service is provided in accordance with the criteria of continuity, regularity of supply and a quick restore in the case of a failure, to constantly guarantee the distribution of adequate quantities of drinking water.
  • The safeguarding of the water resource and the environment: we protect our water supply sources, reducing dispersion in the network and ensuring that the discharge of purified water takes place in full compliance with the legal parameters to return a clean resource to the environment, contributing to the protection of rivers and of the entire ecosystem.
  • The pursuing of a constant improvement: we define, monitor, and review the performance to identify areas for improvement in terms of operational efficiency, guaranteed standards and the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • The promoting of communication and transparency: we promote continuous dialogue with all stakeholders and educate them in the virtuous behaviours to respect the environment and an attention to the correct use of resources.
  • The ensuring of a compliance with regulations and safety: we promote ethical and honest working conduct, free from corruption and morally sound. BrianzAcque has adopted an organisational model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 to underline the importance of the values of ethics and respect for legality.
